Your impact
As Senior Product Manager, Data, you will own key datasets and predictive algorithms within our portfolio. You will lead initiatives to discover and add new data products, or improve the coverage, quality, and predictive power of existing ones.
- Drive the product strategy and roadmap for datasets and predictive features you own.
- Discover and validate new data opportunities using market research, customer discovery, and competitive analysis.
- Lead cross-functional squads across data operations, data science, product design, engineering, and research.
- Work with data science to define and build models that power internal-facing operations and customer-facing predictions.
- Work with data operations to develop scalable strategies to acquire data across direct contribution, AI-driven extraction, and partnerships.
- Work with product marketing and go-to-market stakeholders to position data products, ensure alignment with customer needs, and communicate their value clearly.
- Private markets fluency: You have firsthand experience sourcing companies or conducting diligence. You understand how data is used in investment, acquisition, or partnership workflows.
- Operational rigor: You think in systems. You have proven experience improving data quality, coverage, or operational processes at scale.
- Track record of product impact: You’ve conceived and launched new data products, features, or datasets that delivered revenue impact.
- Customer obsession: You uncover the jobs to be done behind complex workflows. You’ve sat with customers and seen how decisions get made in the real world.
- Technical acumen: You are a credible partner to engineering and data science. You understand how models are built, trained, validated, and shipped.
- Builder’s bias: You move fast, work iteratively, and ship before things are perfect. You thrive in ambiguity. You think big, but start small.
- Clear communication: You create energy and context for the people around you. You’re a compelling storyteller.
- Hands-on approach: You dive into the data, sweat the details, and debug side-by-side with your team. You go and see with your own eyes.
- At least 5 years of product management experience, and professional experience in a big data environment.
- Prior experience in a product or analytical role connected to data science
- Excellent at data analysis; highly proficient with SQL
- An understanding of artificial intelligence concepts including machine learning and natural language processing
- Deep user empathy with tools for continuous discovery
- Rigorous decision quality. Ruthlessly prioritizes opportunities for commercial value. Structured, deductive, and quantitative thinker.
- Experience defining and realizing developer and user engagement product strategies with clear metrics
- Entrepreneurial. Has shipped products from ideation through delivery while in rapid growth mode. Strong bias to execution.
- Effective and compelling communicator, proven with customers and executives
- Sought after cross-functional partner
Please note this is a US-based role.
In addition to base salary listed below, this role is also eligible for a bonus opportunity.
Compensation
$150,000 - $175,000 USD
