Merkle is seeking a Senior Manager, Adobe CJA Architect to apply their expertise in front-end technologies for developing and supporting enterprise-class website analytics implementations. Candidates should have experience in structured environments with defined development methodologies, including client/server and multi-tiered design and development.
As an integral lead utilize tools like Adobe Tags (formerly Launch), Google Tag Manager, and Tealium. You will support marketing-driven testing campaigns and provide actionable architecture recommendations. This role requires a strong command of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS to create innovative technical solutions that drive our clients' analytics insights and testing strategies along with leadership and managerial acumen. of the Analytics team, the Senior Manager, Adobe CJA Architect will

* * Translate business requirements into scalable, resilient analytics solutions.
** Qualifications
* * 7+ years of experience in web development and web analytics Expert proficiency in Adobe Tags (Launch), Adobe Analytics, Web SDK, and Customer Journey Analytics with deep understanding of implementation architecture and measurement frameworks
Advanced front-end development skills including JavaScript, CSS, XHTML, JS Libaries, AJAX, JSON, DOM scripting, XML/XSLT, and W3C DOM methods
Experience with AEP including Real-Time CDP, WebSDK, Edge Network, and integration with Adobe Target, Analytics, and external destinations to enable personalization at scale
Proven experience designing and implementing data models in AEP using XDM schemas, field groups, and profile stitching logic to enable robust ETL workflows & segmentation strategies Proven experience managing and leading web analytics projects and teams Expert problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to understand business problems, develop strategies, and deliver actionable insights Expert client/team engagement skills: gathering specifications, developing analytical roadmaps, managing expectations, and coordinating delivery
Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Teams, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

* The annual salary range for this position is $114,000-$190,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
