About the role
As a Care Advance Configuration Lead, you will make an impact by leading clients through best-practice workflow design and system configuration to support Care Management programs. You will be a valued member of the Care Advance delivery team and work collaboratively with project managers, clinical stakeholders, and configuration analysts to ensure successful client implementations using a Hybrid Agile methodology aligned with the TZAF process.
In this role, you will:
- Lead client-facing workflow design and configuration activities for Care Advance Enterprise using Hybrid Agile methodologies
- Apply deep knowledge of Care Management processes, including Utilization Management, Case Management, and Disease Management
- Ensure solutions align with NCQA and URAC accreditation requirements
- Provide functional expertise on Care Advance standard workflows, content, and solution capabilities
- Supervise and coach a small team (typically 2–5 associates), including Business/Configuration Analysts
- Conduct regular status reviews with clients and internal teams, proactively managing risks, issues, and dependencies
- Monitor project progress, adjust plans as needed, and escalate issues appropriately
- Recommend enhancements to service delivery processes and support continuous improvement efforts
- Communicate clinical and business task status and outcomes to the Project Manager through regular reporting

What you need to have to be considered- Bachelor’s degree or current RN/LPN license; equivalent work experience will be considered
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in healthcare technology, care management, or related clinical/business roles
- Hands-on experience with Care Management processes (Utilization Management, Case Management, Disease Management)
- Working knowledge of NCQA and URAC standards and regulatory requirements
- Experience leading or supporting system configuration and workflow design initiatives
- Proven ability to coordinate work, guide team members, and support project delivery in a client-facing environment
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio
- Experience with Care Advance Enterprise or similar care management platforms
- Prior people-lead or team-lead responsibilities within a project environment
- Exposure to Hybrid Agile or structured implementation methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate clinical or business needs into system configuration
