Enterprise Solutions Engineer

Overview

NYC HHC needs a Network Engineer / Solutions Engineer to support the Nuvolo Biomed Asset Management / CMDB project. The initial startup was completed by Health Care IT Leaders; the contract ended after Phase I. The role is to pick up where the firm left off and continue the implementation and support of the Nuvolo Biomed Asset Management / CMDB initiative.

This is critical to ensure that Nuvolo biomed asset data is properly integrated with the Service Now Asset Management and CMDB and aligned with NYCHHC's Asset / CMDB management processes. Maintaining this integration is essential for data accuracy, operational continuity, and overall system integrity.

• Design, configure, and implement Nuvolo modules (EAM, IWMS, Facilities, Space, Clinical Engineering, etc.) on the Service Now Asset Management, CMDB and platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Perform system integrations, data migration, and workflow automation within Nuvolo.
• Develop and maintain custom scripts, UI policies, business rules, and reports.
• Ensure system performance, security, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize workplace operations and improve service delivery.
• Upgrade and maintain the Nuvolo – Service Now integration when the Nuvolo application is updated.
• Work with the Service Now vendor and HHC team to develop, test, and validate the integration to ensure compatibility and data integrity across both platforms.

• Hands-on experience with the Nuvolo application.
• Technical resource with Nuvolo application management and administration expertise.
• Experience designing, configuring, and implementing Nuvolo modules on Service Now Asset Management and CMDB.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

This is a Contract position based out of New York, NY. Hybrid work arrangement.

The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $95.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
