Amazon Grocery Logistics (AGL) is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to support New York Grocery Delivery within the Delivery Execution team. This role owns high-impact initiatives across last-mile operations in a complex urban environment, directly influencing customer experience, and service reliability. You will partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Product, Finance, and Business teams to solve ambiguous problems using data-driven insights. The role requires strong written and verbal communication to present progress, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership, define and track key performance metrics, and independently drive scalable solutions in a fast-paced, high-growth business.
BasicQualifications
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- 2+ years of supply chain experience
- Bachelor s degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
