Sia Experience is hiring an Executive Producer to own delivery across high-volume, fast-paced, and integrated campaigns. You’ll oversee cross-vertical projects, manage budgets and scopes at scale, and lead our team of producers — setting the pace, ensuring excellence, and keeping momentum high across clients and deliverables. This is a strategic, top-of-production role for someone who excells in motion and knows how to drive impact while steering the full production function.

If you're an experienced Executive Producer/Project Manager ready to step into team leadership and own 360 Integrated digital campaign delivery end-to-end for a full-service agency, we’d love to consider you for the role. • Lead Complex Campaigns:
  Oversee the planning and execution of web, social, app, and integrated brand campaigns. From SOW to wrap-up, you ensure excellence, efficiency, and impact.
• Oversee Producers:
  Guide, coach, and QA the work of mid-level and senior producers. You lead by example, with an eye on both team growth and creative delivery.
• Act as Client Anchor:
  Build trusted relationships and lead strategic conversations. You anticipate needs, prevent issues, and drive toward outcomes that clients love.
• Own Budgets & Resourcing:
  Estimate accurately, staff smartly, and keep margins intact. You know how to stretch a budget without compromising quality.
• Elevate Process:
  Streamline workflow, spot inefficiencies, and implement improvements that help both internal teams and external partners thrive.
