• Create and maintain design system foundations, components, and patterns that support a variety of products and use cases.
• Collaborate closely with front-end engineers to ensure seamless design-to-code transitions.
• Utilize Figma to build and manage UI components, ensuring they meet accessibility standards.
• Engage in system audits and implement continuous enhancements for improved efficiency.
• Communicate design intent and provide guidance for effective use of system components across teams.

• Proven expertise in UI or product design, with experience in Figma for component libraries and variants.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams on design systems and implementation.
• Strong communication abilities and attention to detail in a contract work environment.

• Experience with AI-assisted design tools or workflows.
• Familiarity with content management systems like Adobe Experience Manager.
• Background in financial services or regulated industry domains.

The pay range for this role is $20 - $48 per hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
