We are looking for an experienced ETL Test Engineer with strong skills in ETL Testing and SQL
. The ideal candidate will ensure data accuracy, quality, and reliability across enterprise applications and contribute to the full testing lifecycle—planning, designing, executing, and automating tests.

• Develop and execute ETL test plans, test cases, and data validation scripts.
• Perform source-to-target mapping verification and transformation logic testing.
• Write and run complex SQL queries for data accuracy and integrity checks.
• Conduct functional, regression, and risk-based testing.
• Support test automation, test data management, and performance testing.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and resolve issues.
• Contribute to CI/CD processes and continuous quality improvements.

• 6+ years of ETL testing experience.
• Strong SQL expertise.
• Solid understanding of ETL concepts and data warehousing
  .
• Experience with QA methodologies and defect management.
• Knowledge of automation frameworks and CI/CD tools is a plus.

• Experience with tools like Informatica, Data Stage, Talend, or SSIS.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $55,341- $67,874

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
