Associate Director, Trading Technology

Job Description

What is the opportunity?

Supervises production support activities for all major systems and related subsystems to ensure the integrity of computer-generated data. Applies extensive, in-depth knowledge, skills, and practices to perform complex assignments.

What will you do?

• Provide technical systems support and analysis for Equities Trading applications
• Utilize monitoring tools to identify operational risks focused on Agency/Cash
• Become subject matter expert on various flows(internal and Vendor based)
• Liaison between Business Partners, Developers, Project Managers and Compliance
• Identify control functions and efficiencies to provide stability

What do you need to succeed?

Must have

• University Degree in related discipline; strong understanding of the trade lifecycle and asset classes
• Holds FINRA Series 7 and 57 licenses
• Strong understanding of technology - infrastructure
• Ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative, progressive and high performing team in a fast paced environment
• Confident; strong interpersonal skills; strong communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience providing technical systems support and analysis for trading applications
• Project management knowledge or experience

The Expected Salary Range For The Above Position Is $135,000 - $170,000 Depending On Factors Including But Not Limited To The Candidate's Experience, Skills, Registration Status;
Market Conditions;
And Business Needs.

This Salary Range Does Not Include Other Elements Of Total Compensation, Including A Discretionary Bonus And Benefits Such As A 401(K) Program With Company-Matching Contributions;
Health, Dental, Vision, Life And Disability Insurance;
And Paid Time-Off Plan.
