Location: New York

The Jr. Implementation Associate at JOE & THE JUICE supports the execution of new products, tools, and operational initiatives across the business. This role focuses on coordination, tracking, and follow-through, ensuring that implementations—such as product launches and operational updates—are planned, documented, and delivered on time.

This position owns the Central Operations implementation calendar, maintaining visibility across all ongoing and upcoming initiatives. The role works closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including IT, Tech, Marketing, Training, and Operations, to translate initiatives into actionable tasks and ensure progress remains on track.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation Coordination & Execution

  • Support the execution of product launches and operational initiatives from planning through roll-out
  • Break initiatives into clear tasks, timelines, and ownership to support effective execution
  • Follow up with stakeholders to ensure deliverables are progressing and risks are addressed

Central Ops Calendar Ownership

  • Own and maintain the Central Operations implementation calendar
  • Ensure all relevant initiatives (product launches, pilots, system updates) are accurately reflected
  • Communicate timeline changes, conflicts, or dependencies to relevant stakeholders

IT & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Write and submit IT and Tech tickets related to new products, tools, and system updates
  • Act as a coordination point between Central Ops, IT, and other departments to clarify requirements and timelines
  • Track ticket progress and follow up to ensure timely completion

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with teams including Marketing, Training, People, Concept Development, Tech, and Operations to support implementations
  • Ensure required inputs such as training materials, communications, and system updates are identified ahead of launch

Tracking, Documentation & Follow-Up

  • Maintain clear documentation of implementation plans, timelines, and ownership
  • Support post-launch follow-ups to confirm initiatives were delivered as planned
  • Escalate delays, risks, or misalignment to the Head of Central Operations

Key Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines simultaneously
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Interest in operations, implementation, and cross-functional project work
  • Experience with project tracking tools, calendars, or ticketing systems is a plus
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel & Power Point
