Jr. Database Developer

Overview

Join our team as a Junior Database Developer, where you will play a key role in enhancing and maintaining our financial reporting database applications. This is a great opportunity for you to grow your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

• Develop and maintain internal database applications for financial reporting.
• Implement enhancements and automate reporting needs to optimize processes.
• Ensure successful data warehouse operations and create control processes.
• Produce both automated and ad hoc reports to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to translate requirements into solutions.
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 database application support.

• Proficiency in Oracle databases, including SQL and PL/SQL.
• Experience with Linux OS and shell scripting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Mention your detail-oriented nature and comprehensive approach to tasks.

• Familiarity with scheduling tools like ESP or Stone branch UAC.
• Knowledge of MS-Access and Python could be beneficial.
• Insights into life products and managing multiple projects effectively.

The pay range for this role is $30 - $62 per hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
