Location: New York City, New York
Duration: Expected 03 month contract with possible extension

The Analyst – Quality Control & Analytics will play a key role in supporting the Store Development team by building, maintaining, and enhancing reporting, dashboards, and analytical tools. This temporary role is being added to address a surge in reporting needs and large‑scale data processing that exceeds current team capacity. The analyst will be responsible for consolidating complex data sets, ensuring data accuracy, and delivering clear, actionable insights that drive decision‑making.
Additionally, the role will provide short‑term support for process documentation, data validation, and reporting optimization that internal resources cannot absorb at this time.
- Build, update, and optimize reporting and dashboards (Power
BI, Excel) to support Store Development initiatives. - Organize, validate, and analyze large data sets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.
- Present data in clear, actionable formats that enable planning and informed decision‑making.
- Assist in developing new reporting tools, templates, and documentation to streamline data workflows.
- Support ongoing process and procedure optimization across the Store Development function.
- Build and distribute standardized reporting to cross‑functional partners on a recurring and ad‑hoc basis.
- Partner with corporate, field, and vendor teams to collect data, understand needs, and ensure reporting accuracy.
- Identify meaningful trends and variances in performance data and escalate them appropriately.
- 2–5 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent analytical/technical experience.
- Strong proficiency in Power
BI, Excel, and the Microsoft Suite, with the ability to process large amounts of data. - Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly.
- High attention to detail and comfort working with complex, high‑volume data.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
