About the Role
We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Operations Manager to build and run the systems that enable Longbridge’s growth engine. You’ll be the connective tissue across Growth Marketing, Lifecycle/CRM, Product Marketing, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Compliance, ensuring we can launch quickly, track accurately, and execute with quality. This role goes beyond analytics and process. You will also own the end-to-end execution of promotional experiences, including the design and build of new-user promos, platform benefits, membership/feature benefit pages, and other growth-related surfaces in close collaboration with Product and Engineering.

Responsibilities
Build the growth operating system- Own the core marketing ops stack and processes: campaign intake, prioritization, timelines, QA, governance, and documentation.
- Create repeatable systems that help teams execute faster with fewer errors (launch checklists, templates, playbooks, naming conventions).
- Standardize performance reporting across acquisition + lifecycle: funnel conversion, cohort retention, LTV proxies, and channel efficiency.
- Partner with Analytics/BI to ensure reliable attribution and consistent event instrumentation across marketing touchpoints and in-app experiences.
- Build dashboards and business review materials that translate performance into actionable recommendations.
- Own end-to-end execution for new-user offers, promo campaigns, referral incentives, platform benefits pages, and other growth requests.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to scope requirements, design user flows, coordinate implementation, and validate launches.
- Collaborate with Design/Creative (or own light design execution if appropriate) to produce high-quality promo assets and in-product surfaces.
- Establish review workflows with Compliance/Legal to support marketing speed without sacrificing rigor.
- Own final QA for messaging, disclaimers, offer terms, and customer experience across channels and in product.
- Support growth and lifecycle leaders with forecasting, scenario modeling, and planning insights (e.g., budget-to-output, conversion sensitivities).
- Build strong partnerships with Finance, Analytics, and Product Ops to align goals, reporting, and execution plans.
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Growth Operations, Revenue Operations, or Performance Marketing Operationss (consumer / app experience strongly preferred).
- Strong understanding of full-funnel metrics and marketing measurement (acquisition → activation → retention).
- Hands-on experience with tracking/instrumentation, dashboards, and analytics workflows (e.g., SQL, Looker/Tableau, Sheets/Excel).
- Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally and lead complex projects across Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Analytics.
- Excellent operational rigor: you’re organized, proactive, and thrive in ambiguity.
