Overview
We are seeking three (3) seasoned Enterprise Agile Coaches to join the Agile Center of Excellence (CoE) and support MTA-IT’s large-scale Agile Product Transformation
. This is a hands-on consulting role requiring deep Agile expertise, strong coaching capabilities, and the ability to influence teams and leaders across a complex enterprise environment.
Reporting to the Deputy CTO and/or Director of the Agile CoE
, this role is critical in driving Agile maturity, fostering collaboration, and aligning delivery practices with MTA-IT’s broader transformation strategy.
- Agile Transformation
Coaching:
Coach and support large-scale Agile product transformation initiatives aligned with organizational strategy - Collaborate with CoE leadership to define and execute a tailored Agile coaching roadmap
- Coach product teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and LeSS
- Act as a trusted advisor to teams and mid-level leadership, reinforcing Agile values and practices
- Enable adoption of product-centric and outcome-driven delivery models
- Design and deliver interactive Agile workshops, training sessions, and hands-on labs
- Coach teams on Dev Ops and XP practices including TDD, CI/CD, pairing, and Lean principles
- Embed effective retrospectives and metrics-driven decision-making
- Analyze team performance data and implement actionable improvement strategies
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and adaptation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify Agile adoption challenges
- Facilitate alignment across teams and stakeholders to ensure transformation success
- Standardize Agile ceremonies, workflows, and best practices across teams
- Leverage Jira, Confluence, Jira Align
, and Atlassian tools for reporting and optimization - Define and monitor metrics for team health, velocity, and transformation progress
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
- 12+ years of software development experience
- 8+ years in Agile coaching roles
- Proven success coaching Agile product transformations in large, complex organizations
- ICP-ACC / ICP-ATF
- Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
- Or equivalent Agile credentials
- Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and LeSS
- Strong systems thinking and ability to navigate enterprise complexity
- Solid understanding of CI/CD, automated testing, Dev Ops, and XP practices
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to inspire, influence, and mentor teams and leaders
- Leading transitions from traditional to Agile delivery models
- Lean Portfolio Management and product-centric operating models
- Organizational behavior and change management
- Metrics-driven coaching and performance improvement
- Passion for technical excellence (TDD, pairing, continuous improvement)
