Marketing Data Analyst

Overview

A well-established, growth-oriented organization is hiring a Marketing Data Analyst to support a high-impact marketing team. This role focuses on turning marketing data into insights that improve campaign performance, customer acquisition, and retention efforts. This is a hands-on analytics role ideal for someone early in their analytics career who wants exposure to real business problems, cross-functional partners, and modern marketing data environments.

• Analyze performance across multiple marketing channels and campaigns
• Write SQL queries to pull, clean, and validate data for reporting and insights
• Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports for marketing stakeholders
• Support testing, performance measurement, and campaign analysis initiatives
• Partner with non-technical teams to answer business questions with data
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across reports and datasets

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a related role
• Experience working with marketing performance data
• Working knowledge of SQL and comfort discussing query logic
• Experience using BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Clear communicator who can translate data into insights

• Exposure to paid media or digital marketing platforms
• Familiarity with marketing, CRM, or analytics tools
• Experience with cloud data environments
• Basic coding or statistical analysis experience

Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
