About the Role
We’re seeking a L2
Network Engineer with a strong background in networking to join our growing team in New York. This role involves hands-on work in network design, troubleshooting, cabling, and help desk support within a dynamic IT environment.
- Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure to ensure stability and scalability.
- Perform cable installation, management, and troubleshooting for network systems.
- Provide technical support to end-users and resolve network connectivity issues.
- Monitor and optimize network performance to maintain uptime and reliability.
- Collaborate with IT teams to enhance network security
, efficiency, and documentation
- Proven background in networking
, including protocols, routers, switches, and firewalls. - Hands-on experience with cabling standards, installation, and network setup
. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.
- Certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA Network+ are a plus.
