Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in desktop or end-user support
• Strong working knowledge of Windows and macOS environments
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or similar platforms
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (Service Now, Jira, Zendesk, or similar)
• Solid understanding of networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a high-pressure environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting media, newsroom, or creative environments
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and media production workflows
• Experience with MDM tools (Jamf, Intune, Kandji, etc.)
• Basic scripting or automation experience (Power Shell, Bash)
• Knowledge of endpoint security and compliance best practices

Pay Range: 70,000 - 75,000
