Job Description

The Audience Intelligence Senior Analyst will support internal agencies and clients by leveraging data and analytics to drive audience strategy, deliver actionable insights, and support audience activation efforts. This role will require strong analytical skills, data fluency, and collaboration with cross-functional partners including agency teams, data science, media, and CRM teams across Publicis Groupe.

Responsibilities
  • Audience Strategy Development:
    Collaborate with the Senior Director and internal teams to develop data-driven audience strategies tailored to verticals such as health, auto, retail, and financial services.
  • Audience Activation:
    Support new audience requests by ensuring segments are correctly built to specifications, properly delivered to activation platforms, and maintained through ongoing updates and refresh cycles.
  • Collaboration with Data Science:
    Work closely with data science teams to mine and analyze data, uncover key insights, and translate findings into activatable audiences to support client objectives.
  • Cross-Team

    Collaboration:

    Partner with agency teams across various rigors to ensure alignment of audience strategies with client objectives. Serve as a bridge between the Audience Intelligence team and partner agencies, delivering audience strategy mentorship and audience activation guidelines.
  • Audience Measurement & Testing:
    Participate in testing audience optimizations, providing critical feedback to enhance performance.
  • Audience Profiling/Insights:
    Analyze first-party and third-party data to help develop detailed audience profiles, uncover behavioral insights that guide marketing decisions and campaign activation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, audience strategy, audience activation or marketing analytics.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Tableau, Excel, SQL, or similar) and familiarity with audience platforms like Epsilon, GWI or Experian.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, audience activation, and audience development.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred

Skills:

  • Familiarity with omni-channel marketing strategies (media, CRM, digital).
  • Ability to work independently and in unfamiliar areas, navigating ambiguity with confidence.
