Global Credit Risk COO team is looking for a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and motivated individual.
- Job responsibilities will include:
Reporting & Management Analytics - Perform standardized and ad hoc data analytics on trade, portfolio, counter party, country, issuer, and other concentration reporting
- Efficiently summarize data and findings to Senior Management
- Collaborate with Operations, Technology, and Analytics teams to ensure data completeness and accuracy in a timely manner
- Policy Development, Administration & Audit
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and standards for the global department
- Support credit rating models and validations
- Assist with Audit & Regulatory inquiries
- Department Business Analyst
- Manage large IT projects for the global department (e.g., workflow tools, system migrations)
- Capture business requirements and produce clear, actionable BRDs for technical team consumption; document procedures (current and proposed), policies, and technical workflows (using MS Visio)
- Perform analysis and solutions around data sources
- Assist Project Managers with presentations, minutes, and updating project plans (MS Projects)
- Testing, troubleshooting, solutioning, and debugging production and QA issues
- Partner with technical teams and owning delivery of development items
Skills:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Counter party Credit Risk or related fields
- Bachelor’s Degree required;
Master’s Degree preferred - Ability to manipulate, analyze, and summarize complex and large data sets for Management
- Highly organized individual able to produce and maintain documentation and follow processes
- Project Management background; ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communications skills
- Product knowledge is preferred (Fixed Income, FX, and Equity markets, Securities & Margin Finance)
- Excellent Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio skills
- VBA and Python programming skills are preferred
