The RoleThis Senior Customer Success Manager will own strategic, post-sales relationships with enterprise customers. You’ll be the trusted partner ensuring customers are seeing real value from the platform, expanding usage, and renewing long-term. This is a high-impact role working closely with Sales, Product, and Solutions teams.
What You’ll Do- Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise and strategic customer accounts
- Drive onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer success, product usage, and value realization
- Partner with Sales on renewals and upsells
- Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for Product and Engineering
- Help customers navigate complex blockchain, compliance, and risk workflows
- Build scalable CS processes as the company continues to grow
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles
- Experience supporting enterprise or mid-market customers
- Background in fintech, crypto, web3, or SaaS strongly preferred
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-moving, start-up environment
- Work with mission-critical customers at the intersection of finance, security, and regulation
