The platform is used by leading exchanges, banks, regulators, and Web3 companies to detect fraud, investigate illicit activity, and stay compliant in an increasingly regulated crypto landscape.

The Role

This Senior Customer Success Manager will own strategic, post-sales relationships with enterprise customers. You’ll be the trusted partner ensuring customers are seeing real value from the platform, expanding usage, and renewing long-term. This is a high-impact role working closely with Sales, Product, and Solutions teams.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise and strategic customer accounts
  • Drive onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer success, product usage, and value realization
  • Partner with Sales on renewals and upsells
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for Product and Engineering
  • Help customers navigate complex blockchain, compliance, and risk workflows
  • Build scalable CS processes as the company continues to grow
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles
  • Experience supporting enterprise or mid-market customers
  • Background in fintech, crypto, web3, or SaaS strongly preferred
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-moving, start-up environment
