You will serve as the primary delivery point of contact for clients, manage program governance, mitigate risks, and ensure seamless execution across multiple work streams. This role is ideal for someone experienced in program delivery, project management, and stakeholder engagement who thrives in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Role Overview :

As a Client Delivery Manager at Neueda, you will own the end‑to‑end delivery of complex learning and development programs for enterprise clients across global markets. Reporting to the Head of Delivery, you will ensure cross‑functional teams complete activities across design, content development, instructor allocation and delivery readiness. You will oversee project governance and maintain strong client relationships to ensure outcomes are delivered on time, within scope, and at the highest quality.

You will lead and coordinate complex programs – including strategic initiatives such as graduate training programs ensuring they align with business objectives and deliver exceptional value.

This role is ideal for someone experienced in program delivery, project management, and stakeholder engagement who thrives in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

This is a newly created role designed to establish and grow Neueda’s delivery presence across Canada and North America. You will play a pivotal role in shaping delivery operations for this region, partnering closely with our VP of Business Development in North America to support enterprise clients and ensure training programs & digital learning pathways are delivered and supported seamlessly. This is an exciting chance to build foundational processes, influence how we scale, and help define what exceptional delivery looks like in a rapidly expanding market.

You will confidently manage activity across project boards (e.g. Jira), responding to and guiding incoming tickets, while serving as the go to first line of support as you settle into the role.

Key Responsibilities:

Program & Project Delivery
  • Coordinate and oversee end‑to‑end delivery of instructor‑led, digital, and blended training programs for global clients, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with scope, quality standards, and client expectations. Provide onsite delivery enablement as required to ensure successful program outcomes.
  • Execute and manage large‑scale, multi‑cohort programs—including graduate and early career development initiatives—from planning through delivery and evaluation, with onsite support as needed.
Client & Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the day‑to‑day support contact for enterprise clients, building strong relationships and helping resolve delivery issues quickly and effectively.
