We’re looking for a Senior Network Engineer to join a global technology team that supports a mission‑critical SaaS infrastructure used by leading financial institutions. This role is hands‑on, high‑impact, and central to keeping our low‑latency, revenue‑generating systems secure, resilient, and always available.

You’ll be part of a tight‑knit global group of engineers who take ownership of uptime, quality, and innovation. This is a collaborative team that values clear communication, accountability, and people who enjoy solving big technical challenges — especially under pressure.

• Design, implement, and maintain highly available network infrastructure supporting financial trading systems.
• Lead troubleshooting and major incident response for network‑related issues in a 24/7 production environment.
• Partner with global peers to monitor and optimize low‑latency networks across multiple continents.
• Work within a controlled change management process to ensure minimal disruption to production systems.
• Plan, script, and execute complex infrastructure changes — including off‑hours and weekend work when needed.
• Manage patching, upgrades, and lifecycle for all network hardware.
• Collaborate with vendors to design and deploy new capabilities that meet business demands.
• Contribute to operational standards, documentation, and process improvements.
• Support internal teams and external clients with technical guidance and reliable communication.

• 7–9 years of hands‑on network engineering experience in enterprise or SaaS environments.
• 5+ years of network operations experience, including troubleshooting, incident handling, and performance tuning.
• Advanced knowledge of Cisco switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Expertise with EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, and Layer 2 switching (Port‑channel, vPC).
• Strong understanding of firewalls, VPNs, and network security principles.
• Proven ability to manage complex technical projects from concept to completion.
• Excellent communication skills — both technical and business‑facing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
