The Customer Care Lead plays a central role in supporting end users, optimizing solution adoption, and ensuring consistent, high‑quality service delivery. • Provide expert‑level guidance and application expertise to end users on the D365 F&O solution.
• Identify opportunities for improved utilization of the system.
• Test solution enhancements for accuracy and quality.
• Gather, define, and document functional requirements.
• Train end users on effective use of D365 F&O.
• Serve as liaison between users, project teams, and stakeholders.
• Work with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities.
