• Design, deploy, and configure ZScaler solutions including ZIA, ZPA, and ZDX across enterprise environments.
• Configure policies such as URL filtering, SSL inspection, access control, and threat protection.
• Implement ZScaler Client Connector deployment and user onboarding processes.
• Integrate ZScaler with identity providers like Azure AD, Okta, and SAML/SCIM.
• Monitor traffic, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and optimize configurations for performance and security.

• Hands‑on experience with ZScaler Internet Access (ZIA), ZScaler Private Access (ZPA), and ZScaler Client Connector.
• Strong networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, Routing, NAT, VPN concepts.
• Experience with SSL inspection, URL filtering, cloud firewall policies, and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA).
• Experience integrating with identity providers such as Azure AD and Okta, and SIEM tools like Splunk or Sentinel.
• Preferred certifications in ZScaler (ZTCA, ZTNA, ZIA Admin) and scripting skills (Power Shell, Python, Bash).
