IT Network Engineer

$140,000 - $175,000 Base Salary + Options

Neko Health is a Swedish health-tech company co‑founded in 2018 by Hjalmar Nilsonne and Daniel Ek. Our vision is to create a healthcare system that can help people stay healthy through preventive measures and early detection. Neko has developed a new medical scanning technology concept to make it possible to do broad and non‑invasive health data collection that is both convenient and affordable for the public.

This requires completely reimagining the healthcare experience and incorporating the latest advances in sensors and AI.

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer with extensive experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust network infrastructures. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Cisco Meraki solutions, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable connectivity across our organisation. You will be responsible for optimising network performance, troubleshooting complex issues, and supporting the seamless operation of our IT environment as we continue to grow.

• Network Management:
  Design, deploy, and manage enterprise network solutions, with a focus on Cisco Meraki devices and cloud‑managed networking. On‑site revision of the networking infrastructure will also be needed.
• Troubleshooting & Support:
  Act as the primary point of contact for network‑related incidents, diagnosing and resolving connectivity issues swiftly to minimise downtime.
• Infrastructure Optimisation:
  Monitor network performance, conduct regular assessments, and implement improvements to ensure high availability and security.
• Documentation & Compliance:
  Maintain accurate network documentation and ensure adherence to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with IT, engineering, and operations teams to deliver reliable network services that support business objectives.

• Proven experience as a Network Engineer, with strong proficiency in Cisco Meraki technologies.
• Solid understanding of networking protocols, security principles, and cloud‑managed infrastructure.
• Relevant certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Cisco Meraki Specialist are highly desirable.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, scaling environment.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem‑solving.

• Associate’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Experience with popular SaaS applications (Microsoft 365, Azure Entra, Intune).
• Experience leveraging AI tools for IT support efficiency and user experience improvement.
