Associate AI Business Analyst

We are seeking a high-energy, adaptable Associate AI Business Analyst to join a fast-moving team dedicated to building and scaling our enterprise AI platform. This is a "soup-to-nuts" role where you will own the entire project lifecycle—from initial discovery with stakeholders to final QA and testing.

• Identify & Discovery: Partner with bankers, business leaders, and support functions to uncover high-impact AI use cases and identify workflow gaps.
• Requirement Ownership: Lead gathering sessions for AI initiatives, translating ambiguous business problems into structured user stories, process flows, and technical requirements.
• End-to-End Delivery: Own the process from discovery through to UAT (User Acceptance Testing). You will track issues, ensure solution quality, and confirm that the final product meets the business’s "North Star."

  Work daily with data scientists and engineers to assist in solution design, prototyping, and deployment.
• Impact Tracking: Define success metrics and track the adoption and tangible impact of deployed AI tools (from licensed products to custom-built solutions).
• Strategic Communication: Prepare data-backed updates and recommendations for cross-functional leadership.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Experience: 2–4 years as a Business Analyst, Product Coordinator, or in a similar consultative role.
• Technical Literacy: Working knowledge of Python or SQL (sufficient for analysis, data exploration, or prototyping).
• Stakeholder Mastery: Proven ability to manage demanding stakeholders and multiple projects simultaneously (experience in consulting, law, or financial services is a major plus).
• Agile Mindset: Familiarity with Agile delivery concepts (backlogs, sprints, UAT).
• Tools: Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data modeling and storytelling.

• Industry Context: Experience with in a regulated environment (Financial Services or Investment Banking).
• AI Exposure: Experience with Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot) or automation platforms (Power Automate, UiPath).
• Data Viz: Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
