Desktop Support Technician; Part Time

* Position Overview
Our healthcare client is seeking a Part-Time IT Support Technician to provide on-site technical support across multiple ambulatory and specialty care locations. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual who enjoys troubleshooting and resolving IT issues in a dynamic, multi-site environment.

** This role is about 5 hours month. GREAT for a IT student who is currently in classes part time. VEHICLE REQUIRED!!!

Key Responsibilities

* Provide hardware and software troubleshooting in a Windows 10/11 environment

* Perform PC imaging and deployments

* Support Microsoft 365 applications and services

* Handle break/fix repairs for desktops, laptops, printers, and tablets

* Ensure timely resolution of technical issues to minimize downtime

* Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and inventory updates

* Communicate effectively with site staff and escalate issues when necessary

2+ years in IT support or related field

* Pay and Benefits
* The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
