• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
• 3 years of experience coding with Python.

• Experience taking ownership of technical projects and collaborating with cross-functional partners, including non-technical business teams, to translate requirements into impactful technical solutions.

As a User Signals Solutions Engineer, you will serve as the critical bridge between technical execution and business strategy for the gTech Users and Products (gUP) Gemini app, labs, and research products. You won t just build code, you will act as a primary technical resource for a hybrid team of both technical and non-technical talent. You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of solutions from dashboards to complex workflow optimizations by translating business requirements into technical implementations.

You will work intimately with support, product, data science, and vendor operations, balancing business logic with engineering best practices to deliver tools that empower stakeholders and advocate for a advanced user experience.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $123,000-$176,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
