IQVIA Digital powers omnichannel healthcare marketing through authenticated, privacy‑enhanced data, advanced analytics, and cloud‑native technology. As the Director of Product Management for Media OS Activation and Endemic Advertising, you will drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of IQVIA’s Endemic HCP advertising product to support the business, including ownership of the Endemic Publisher Network, which spans elite national healthcare publishers to small, specialized medical sites.
You will oversee all platform deployments that enable endemic activation, manage integrations across DSPs, SSPs, ad servers, email platforms, and identity providers, and lead a team responsible for delivering scalable, compliant, high‑performance advertising capabilities. This role requires deep domain expertise in advertising technology, email advertising, programmatic activation, DSP/SSP operations, publisher network management, and data‑driven targeting.
Key Responsibilities Endemic HCP Advertising LeadershipSupport in the development of overall strategy, performance, and growth of IQVIA’s Endemic HCP advertising business.
Define and evolve endemic‑specific product offerings, activation workflows, and value propositions.
Ensure compliant, high‑quality, identity‑driven activation across endemic channels.
Manage and expand IQVIA’s Endemic Publisher Network across:
Elite national health publishers
Mid‑tier medical information hubs
Specialty, long‑tail clinical sites
Oversee publisher onboarding, deal structures, inventory requirements, integrations, and data/identity workflows.
Collaborate with sales and customer support to maintain supply quality, compliance, transparency, and yield performance.
Lead platform deployments for Media OS and endemic activation, including:
Ad‑server integrations
SSP onboarding and configuration
DSP integration, targeting, and delivery pathways
Email platform integrations (ESP, data pipelines, segmentation logic)
Identity resolution, event tracking, and activation data flows
Ensure deployment readiness, scalability, and successful adoption across clients and internal teams.
Define product requirements for:
DSP buying operations (bidding, pacing, optimization, campaign setup)
SSP supply operations (inventory management, deal IDs, PMP execution, reporting)
Own end‑to‑end activation workflows across programmatic and email channels.
Build and execute the roadmap for Media OS activation and endemic capabilities.
Prioritize features based on business value, technical feasibility, revenue impact, and client needs.
Partner with data science, engineering, and commercial teams to support omnichannel optimization and measurement.
Collaborate across engineering, operations, publisher relations, GTM, and client services to deliver high‑quality product releases.
Support commercial organizations with messaging, positioning, pricing, and sales enablement for endemic offerings.
Create the strategy required for Product Managers and Product Owners to write user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
Maintain a prioritized backlog aligned with broader business and platform goals.
Drive structured product discovery to validate concepts, reduce risk, and improve engineering throughput.
Oversee integration life cycles for DSPs, SSPs, ESPs, identity partners, analytics providers, and measurement platforms.
Ensure seamless operation across ad‑tech systems via testing, QA, release coordination, and ongoing support.
Partner with platform operations and engineering teams to:
Triage incidents
Monitor activation and delivery success
Improve reliability, performance, and data integrity
Feed operational insights back into roadmap prioritization.
Provide documentation, training, internal demos, and cross‑functional alignment sessions.
Champion best practices in ad‑tech, endemic media, privacy, identity, and omnichannel activation.
