Kargo is looking for a motivated Project Manager to join our Engineering & Product Development team. In this role, you will partner closely with Engineering, Product, and QA to plan, execute, and deliver front‑end and technical initiatives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
You’ll drive clear execution, strong cross‑functional alignment, and reliable on‑time delivery across multiple concurrent projects.

Salary Range: $120,000-$130,000 OTE
The Daily To-Do- Plan, execute, and deliver technical projects end‑to‑end from definition through release
- Own roadmap timelines and sprint commitments; identify risks, tradeoffs, and mitigation plans
- Partner with Engineering Managers to break work into clear, execution‑ready tasks
- Collaborate with Product Managers to understand goals, requirements, and success metrics
- Translate product requirements into execution plans, dependencies, and sequencing
- Surface delivery impacts, scope options, and timing considerations
- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Ensure sprint priorities are clear, progress is visible, and processes continuously improve
- Identify and manage cross‑team dependencies, risks, blockers, and capacity concerns
- Coordinate closely with QA and partner teams throughout the development lifecycle
- Manage releases and go‑live readiness, communication, and post‑release follow‑up
- Support production issue coordination and ensure learnings inform future planning
- Provide clear status updates and maintain accurate documentation in tools like Jira and Confluence
- Facilitate effective collaboration across globally distributed teams
- Demonstrate strong ownership, accountability, and attention to detail across projects
- 3–5 years of project management experience working with software engineering teams
- Strong understanding of Agile development and the software development lifecycle
- Hands‑on experience with Jira or similar delivery tracking tools
- Comfort discussing technical concepts such as APIs, architecture, and deployments
- Experience in Ad Tech or another complex, high‑throughput technical environment
- Experience coordinating delivery across multiple teams or systems
- Experience supporting workflow, ad server, CMS, or SaaS‑based products
