About the RoleG-III Apparel Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Analyst to support a key digital transformation initiative focused on modernizing supply chain and production operations. In this role, you'll play a critical part in driving the successful deployment, training, and adoption of new systems across global teams and vendor networks.
As a member of the project team, you will coordinate rollout activities, manage stakeholder communications, document evolving processes, and maintain dashboards to track project milestones and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities Implementation Support & Coordination- Assist in executing day-to-day project tasks across multiple work streams, including system testing, rollout planning, and tracking deployments.
- Organize and facilitate user testing sessions, training workshops, and validation meetings with global Production and Logistics teams.
- Monitor the progress of launch plans and provide real-time support to internal users and external partners.
- Track user inquiries and issues related to platforms or processes to ensure timely resolution.
- Draft internal updates and vendor communications to support change management and process adoption.
- Conduct stakeholder briefings across Production, Sales, Compliance, and Logistics to ensure alignment and readiness.
- Collaborate with training teams and partners to enhance onboarding materials and support resources.
- Support vendor onboarding in coordination with operations, compliance, and IT teams.
- Provide regular engagement reports, flag adoption issues, and work cross-functionally to resolve gaps.
- Map future-state workflows for Production and Logistics.
- Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new system features and process updates.
- Facilitate workshops with subject matter experts to validate procedures and gather business requirements.
- Identify and resolve data integrity issues (e.g., formatting inconsistencies, naming conventions, validation rules).
- Maintain dashboards and trackers to monitor rollout progress and support issue mitigation.
- Partner with analytics and IT teams to build or enhance dashboards tracking KPIs, production activities, and shipments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience supporting ERP, supply chain, or production system implementations.
- Understanding of logistics and production operations within a global manufacturing context.
- Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple global initiatives.
- Experience documenting business processes and developing training and communication materials.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Qlik, Cognos, Tableau); ERP/SCM platform experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail.

The pay range for this position is: $80,000 - $95,000 per year.
