Our mission is to help growing businesses purchase and manage business insurance from the places they trust most. Our simple and powerful embedded technology helps partners offer insurance to existing customers with a single line of code. Our rapidly growing team is a smart, dynamic, and fun‑loving group privileged to be collaborating with some of the world’s most innovative embedded partners.

The Role

We are hiring a quantitative, analytically-driven operator to scale an entire revenue vertical built on strategic marketplace partnerships. This role has ownership of a high-growth business line centered on managing multiple external partnerships that operate on auction‑based pricing dynamics.

This is a data‑intensive role first, combined with business impact

You’ll extract insights from large, unstructured datasets and translate them into actionable pricing strategies, partner management decisions, campaign optimizations, and internal distribution improvements that directly impact volume, conversion rates, and revenue efficiency. You’ll be operating at the intersection of marketplace auction dynamics, deep data analysis, revenue operations, and strategic ownership – this isn’t a support function; you’ll be part of managing an entire P&L‑driving revenue stream.

The

ideal candidate gets energized by turning raw data into competitive advantage

Someone who can analyze months of unstructured performance data across multiple sources and identify exactly which parameters to adjust, which pricing strategies to deploy, and which distribution approaches to implement to maximize ROI.

What You’ll Do
  • Extract, transform, and analyze large unstructured datasets from multiple platforms to build sophisticated analytical models that identify quality drivers, conversion predictors, and ROI patterns
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting infrastructure that provide real‑time visibility into campaign performance, pricing efficiency, and unit economics
  • Design and implement A/B tests and forecasting models to continuously optimize pricing strategies, campaign parameters, and distribution logic
  • Master marketplace auction mechanics and develop sophisticated pricing and arbitrage strategies at the campaign level, balancing volume goals with cost efficiency and conversion quality
  • Manage strategic partner relationships and identify, evaluate, and onboard new partners that improve quality or cost efficiency
  • Design and refine internal distribution systems to optimize lead routing based on conversion data and team performance patterns
  • Own the end‑to‑end revenue funnel with full accountability for volume, conversion, efficiency, and scalability
Required

Who You Are:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a data analyst, analytics, or quantitative role – you've spent the majority of your career working with data
  • SQL proficiency – comfortable writing complex SQL queries to pull data from a highly relational database to influence your decision making
  • Expert‑level spreadsheet skills – pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX‑MATCH, array formulas, and statistical functions
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Mode, Metabase, or similar) building dashboards that drive decision‑making
  • Statistical literacy – you understand statistical significance, correlation vs. causation, sample sizes, and confidence intervals
  • Proven ability to work with messy, unstructured data – you know how to clean and synthesize incomplete data from multiple sources
  • Track record of…
