SAP Business Support Analyst

Provide application support for business users in SAP Master Data and Procure to Pay (P2P/MM).

• Analyze incidents raised by users as tickets and/or any other support channel. Perform root cause analysis and investigate solutions. Inform users regarding resolution.
• Participate in all project lifecycle phases (Requirements Gathering and Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment and Support) for IT initiatives.
• Work with business process owners to ensure business process design and supporting SAP configuration and developments are in line with the business needs.
• Participate in testing activities of configuration changes and new development including creating test scenarios, executing unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Support developers during the development process to ensure cohesive functional and technical design.
• Provide post go-live Production Support to business users after release of configuration change and enhancements.

• 5+ years of combined business experience in SAP Materials Management/Procure to Pay, and Logistics.
• 3 years’ experience in SAP Materials Management including Master Data, Pricing Conditions and Schema, Purchase Info Records Purchase Orders, Inbound Deliveries, Shipments, Inventory and Warehouse Management.
• Experience working with IS:
  Retail, Apparel Footwear Solution (AFS) or Fashion Management Solution (FMS), experience with S/4 is a plus.
• Experience in logistics and warehousing processes of SAP is a plus.
• High level of quality while working under pressure and deadlines.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on an existing suite of complex applications
• Experience working with third-party systems integrated with SAP.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field required.
