Senior People Soft Integration & Support Analyst

Next Generation, Inc., an Equal Opportunity Employer, is seeking an experienced Senior People Soft Integration & Support Analyst to support, maintain, and enhance a production People Soft environment while leading the integration of new modules into the enterprise system. This role combines functional-technical integration, application support, and People Soft development, with exposure across HCM, Payroll, Financials, and related systems. The ideal candidate brings strong initiative, technical depth, and the ability to work independently in a complex, mission‑critical environment.

• People Soft Production Support
• Human Resources, Benefits & Payroll
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the People Soft production environment, including:
  • Human Resources
  • Benefits
  • Payroll
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, data, and process issues in coordination with functional and technical stakeholders
• Research, test, and implement data corrections and processing fixes as required
• Module Integration & Enhancements
  • Lead and support the integration of new People Soft modules into the existing production environment, including:
    • Time and Labor
    • eProcurement
    • Budget
    • Financials
  • Ensure seamless integration, data integrity, and system performance across modules
• Technical Development & Customization
  • Develop and maintain People Soft customizations to meet evolving business requirements
  • Design, test, and deploy:
    • People Code
    • Application Engine programs
    • Component Interfaces
    • SQRs
    • Integration and reporting solutions
• Upgrades, Patches & Maintenance
  • Support People Soft upgrades, patches, and fixes
  • Coordinate testing efforts and assist with implementation activities
  • Proactively identify potential processing issues and system risks
• Database & Technical Support
  • Provide Oracle DBA support for the People Soft application environment
  • Assist with performance tuning, troubleshooting, and system stability

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
• 3+ years of full-time experience as a People Soft Integration and Support Analyst
• Hands‑on experience supporting production People Soft environments
• Strong initiative, accountability, and ability to work independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment

Work assignments may require proficiency in one or more of the following:

• Experience supporting multi‑module People Soft environments
• Prior involvement in enterprise system integrations
• Experience working in public sector, higher education, or large enterprise environments

• Competitive hourly rate range based on experience and education of approximately $90 to $130 per hour
