Location: New York
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end program execution for device development, testing, and certification programs.
- Act as the primary interface for OEM/ODM partners, driving schedules, deliverables, and technical alignment.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, QA, product, and operations, to ensure on-time device releases.
- Lead device certification efforts (FCC, CE, Wi-Fi Alliance, Bluetooth SIG, carrier certifications, etc.).
- Define and manage test strategies, validation plans, and acceptance criteria for devices.
- Oversee functional, performance, interoperability, and field testing activities.
- Track program milestones, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
- Drive defect triage, root cause analysis, and closure with internal teams and OEM partners.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and quality standards.
- Prepare program dashboards, status reports, and executive communications.
