Are you enthusiastic about delivering customer value and solving technical problems? We are currently seeking a Senior Web3 Solutions architect to join the Ava Cloud team. This person will work directly with clients looking to utilize Ava Cloud products and architect implementations that will fit the product to the client’s needs. This role is part of the Ava Cloud client services team and will assist with rapid prototyping and optimizing products based on client feedback and opportunities that can then be fitted within the Ava Cloud product offerings.

This person will not only work closely with clients but also provide valued feedback to the Ava Cloud product and engineering teams. This feedback is essential to scaling product engineering and design based on direct experience working with the clients implementing Ava Cloud solutions.

• Work with clients to identify project goals and technical requirements
• Guide customers when deploying Ava Cloud related products and identify opportunities to optimize based on client implementation
• Design, write, and test workflows based on customer requirements
• Report on project status, issues, and risks to internal stakeholders
• Identify product opportunities that can be incorporated into the product development process
• Rapid prototyping early stage solutions based on client requirements and provide optimal implementations to product engineering teams
• Understand new solutions across the organization that can be beneficial to end users
• Become experts of new solutions and releases from across the organization
• Work with leadership to measure success based on established OKRs

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant degree
• 5+ years of technical experience in the area of blockchain technology and deep technical understanding of the Avalanche Platform and L1s
• 3+ years of SaaS/PaaS or Technical consulting experience
• 3+ years of experience working directly with clients in a B2B context
• Experience with Web3 EVM based implementations
• Ability to clearly and precisely communicate detailed information with clients and internal stakeholders
• Ability to navigate highly dynamic and complex deployment environments with ease
• Deep understanding of modern back end technologies and tools (Kubernetes, Datadog, Pager Duty, Terraform)
• Experience with Go, Rust and/or Java script preferred
• Experience with collaboration tools like Github, Jira, Confluence
• Passion for blockchain technology/web3 and eagerness to consume the latest news and developments (This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, a final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.)
