As our Senior QAyou’ll build the QA function from the ground up, own the testing pyramid, and ensure our AI‑first accounting platform is reliable ’ll operate with ownership: ship fast, think critically about tradeoffs, and push for pragmatic solutions.

This is an intense, hands‑on QA role with full ownership. We expect you to push for excellence and raise the bar.

Where you'll create impact

• Establish andlead QA practices for a new AI‑first SaaS platform

• Design and execute test strategies across UI, API, and integrations

• Build and maintain test case management and reporting systems

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure quality at every stage

• Own bug reporting, triage, and release validation

• Lay the foundation for future automated QA testing and CI/CD integration

• Champion user empathy and customer feedback to drive product reliability

What sets you up for success

• Hardcore work ethic and high agency

• 4+ years of experience in Software QA, focused on SaaS/web applications

• Experience with UI and API testing at scale

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, AWS, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)

• Strong grasp of bug reporting (Jira), test management (Test Rail), and tools like Selenium/Cypress/Playwright

• Knowledge of performance testing, database testing, and monitoring (Datadog a plus)

• Product intuition and user empathy, with critical thinking on testability

• Ability to work hard (we work most weekends), move fast, and thrive in high‑velocity environments

Nice to have

• Programming experience in any language

• Familiarity with React or modern frontend frameworks

• SQL and relational database experience (e.g., Postgre

SQL)

• Prior SaaS product QA experience
