Location and Duration
Bridgehampton, NY (Will be going to several branch offices nearby)
3 month contract to hire.
Work Hours100% onsite M-F 9am-5:30pm
Responsibilities & Qualifications- Present well, has a Professional presence while remaining personable
- Ability to deal with Executives
- Ability to provide VIP White glove service
- Exemplary customer service skills (verbal and written)
- Onsite (not hybrid or remote) at several Branch offices between 9 and 5:30pm with local travel
- Works well independently as well as in a team setting
- Flexible and able to readjust due to changing priorities in an Executive environment
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and prioritize effectively
- Good time and task management skills
- High level of emotional intelligence
- Basic hardware, network, and telecom troubleshooting and support
- Service Now and Ivanti experience a plus
- Ability to perform Root Cause Analysis
- Experience working with processes and procedures in a large organization preferable
- Re-images computers, performs data migrations and restorations
- Proficient Windows and Mac troubleshooting and support
- Conducts remote problem solving as needed
