About the RoleAs an Senior – Consulting Manager - Engagement, you will make an impact by leading strategy and transformation engagements for clients in the Communications, Media, and Technology (CMT) sector. You will own complex work streams or end-to-end engagements, act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, and guide teams in delivering actionable, AI-enabled solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, AI-driven innovation, and operational transformation.
Inthis Role, You Will
Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic consulting engagements ensuring measurable outcomes.
Shape solutions across Customer Experience, Marketing Operations, and AI-led Transformation.
Embed AI-enabled services such as agentic AI and digital copilots into client delivery.
Serve as the primary client contact, building trusted senior-stakeholder relationships.
Mentor consulting teams and contribute to practice development and thought leadership.
Support go-to-market activities and identify growth opportunities within accounts.
Work ModelHybrid role requiring on-site presence at client locations in North New Jersey and New York City at least three days per week. Working arrangements may evolve based on project and client needs.
What You Must Have to Be Considered5–8 years of consulting or internal consulting experience with exposure to CMT, Marketing Operations, Customer Experience, or AI-led transformation.
3+ years of hands-on experience delivering AI adoption, marketing ops, or CX transformation initiatives.
3+ years of experience in complex technical delivery with strong knowledge of Agile and product management practices.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.

Compensation (Pay Transparency)Base salary range (good-faith estimate): $134,500 – $158,500 annually.
