About Property Pilot
Property Pilot is building a new, app-first product for property investors. The product foundation is in place, and we are entering the phase where early users, real feedback, and market momentum matter most.
We are operating before product-market fit. Growth at Property Pilot is not about brand campaigns or long planning cycles — it’s about getting the right users in the door, learning from real usage, and iterating quickly. We believe the strongest growth engines are built through disciplined experimentation and tight feedback loops between growth, product, and engineering. This is a hands‑on environment by design.
Leaders at Property Pilot execute. You will be directly responsible for driving early adoption, recruiting and activating beta users, testing acquisition channels, and turning data into insight. There is no team to manage at the start — and that’s intentional.
We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to design and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytics platforms. You will play a key role in transforming raw data into reliable, high-quality datasets.
Key Responsibilities- Design and maintain scalable data ingestion pipelines, including the compliant extraction of data from APIs and publicly available web sources.

- Manage large-scale data ingestion and transformation
- Work with cloud-native data solutions on AWS

- Expertise with AWS data tools (e.g. S3, Glue, Athena, Redshift, EMR)
- Proficiency in SQL and data modeling
- Experience handling large and complex datasets
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Experience with GIS / geospatial data processing
- Knowledge of spatial databases or geospatial formats
- Experience with data orchestration tools (e.g. Airflow)
