We are looking for a skilled and motivated Dev Ops/SRE Engineer to join our team and help ensure our production cloud environment’s reliability, performance, and scalability. As an Dev Ops/SRE, you will work at the intersection of software engineering and operations, taking ownership of system stability, incident response, automation, Platform Observability, CICD and continuous improvement of our infrastructure.
This role is ideal for engineers who thrive in dynamic environments, value production reliability, and enjoy building resilient and scalable systems.

- As a Dev Ops/SRE, your impact will be: Monitoring & Observability:
Building the infrastructure to see into our systems (logs, metrics, and traces) to identify issues before they impact users. - Production Reliability:
Managing the underlying cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability. - Incident Response:
Leading the technical response during system outages and conducting post-mortem analyses to prevent recurrence. - Capacity Planning:
Ensuring our cloud resources scale efficiently with customer demand. - Deployment & Release:
Streamlining our delivery pipelines to ensure code reaches production safely, consistently, and with minimal risk.
