We are hiring a Tik Tok Shop Operations Manager to own the day-to-day execution and operational health of an active and fast-growing Tik Tok Shop channel. Tik Tok Shop is a top-priority growth channel and operates in a constantly evolving ecommerce environment.
This role works closely with ecommerce leadership on direction and priorities, while independently owning complex operational execution, troubleshooting, and judgment-based decision-making. This is not a content creation or influencer marketing role. It is a hands-on operations role for someone comfortable working without a fixed playbook.
Key Responsibilities Tik Tok Shop Operations- Own daily Tik Tok Shop execution and overall channel health
- Manage product listings, catalog accuracy, pricing, and availability
- Build, maintain, and QA offers, promotions, and discounts within approved guidelines
- Monitor orders, cancellations, refunds, and fulfillment performance
- Troubleshoot operational issues as platform rules, tools, and algorithms evolve
- Handle complex and ambiguous issues without step-by-step instruction
- Diagnose performance drops, listing errors, and account flags
- Identify root causes and proactively recommend solutions
- Escalate issues with clear context, options, and recommendations
- Support operational aspects of creator and affiliate programs
- Ensure commission structures, offers, and listings are accurate and compliant
- Resolve creator-related operational issues (excluding content or creative direction)
- Maintain channel consistency, accuracy, and operational hygiene
- Track daily performance and channel health metrics
- Surface anomalies, risks, and opportunities early
- Communicate clearly and concisely with leadership
- Execute quickly and accurately once direction is established
- Partner with ecommerce leadership on priorities and channel strategy
- Coordinate with customer experience, fulfillment, and operations teams to resolve issues
- Ensure Tik Tok Shop execution aligns with broader ecommerce workflows and standards
- Collaborate closely with ecommerce leadership on direction and priorities
- Operate with a high level of trust and independence in execution and problem-solving
- 2+ years of ecommerce marketplace or operations experience
- Strong independent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Comfortable working in fast-changing, ambiguous environments
- Ability to manage complex workflows with minimal oversight
- Highly detail-oriented with strong operational judgment
- Tik Tok Shop experience is a strong plus, but not required
- High-impact role in a priority growth channel
- Ownership of execution and operational outcomes
- Fast-paced environment with meaningful responsibility and visibility
