About the RoleAs VP of Product for Factiva you will lead product strategy and execution for Factiva’s comprehensive suite of products, encompassing both the SaaS platform and integration business. You will drive innovation while managing the transformation of legacy systems into modern scalable solutions, reporting to the SVP – B2B Products.
About the TeamThe Technology team drives the evolution of Engineering, Data, Product, and User Experience functions. With a focus on cutting‑edge solutions, the team shapes the digital landscape for customers, readers, and users across all touchpoints.
You Will- Define and execute the product vision and strategy for Factiva’s global news and data platform, emphasizing AI/GenAI capabilities.
- Partner closely with key stakeholders to identify opportunities and translate market insights into actionable product plans.
- Lead the transformation of legacy products into modern, intelligent platforms that deliver automated insights, personalized experiences, and predictive capabilities.
- Manage a global product team while orchestrating cross‑functional collaboration between Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Content teams.
- Establish and track key product metrics and customer feedback loops to validate AI‑driven features and demonstrate business impact.
- Create and maintain clear product roadmaps that balance platform innovation with practical customer needs, communicating priorities effectively across stakeholder groups.
- 15+ years of product management experience.
- At least 5 years in senior leadership roles managing complex B2B SaaS products.
- Demonstrated experience incorporating AI/ML and generative AI technologies into enterprise products.
- Deep understanding of content aggregation, news/data licensing, and information services business models, with a vision for AI transformation.
- Experience with API products and enterprise integrations in the B2B space.
- Strong background in matrix organizations.
- Track record of building and leading high‑performing product teams in a global organization.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Pay Range: $245,000 – $295,000. Salary is tailored to the candidate’s experience, industry knowledge, location, and other factors. Pay‑for‑performance and bonus opportunities are available for eligible roles.
