* Anagram Data is seeking an IT Support Specialist (Level
1) to provide frontline technical support for our managed clients. This role focuses on service desk support, endpoint troubleshooting, POS support, Microsoft 365 user assistance, and maintaining accurate documentation.
* * You will work with industry-standard MSP tools and collaborate closely with senior technicians to resolve issues efficiently while delivering professional and positive client experience.
* * Responsibilities

* * Respond to and triage incoming support requests
*
* * Provide remote and onsite technical support
*
* * Troubleshoot technical issues and creatively diagnose root causes
*
* * Troubleshoot common issues include:
*
* * Windows workstation performance
*
* * Printer connectivity and mapping
*
* * Email and Microsoft 365 access
*
* * Assist users with password resets, account lockouts, and basic account changes
*
* * Support endpoint monitoring and maintenance using Datto RMM
*
* * Assist with endpoint setup, configuration, and deployments
*
* * Escalate unresolved issues with clear documentation
*
* * Maintain accurate client documentation in IT Glue
*
* * Communicate clearly and professionally with clients via phone and email throughout the support process
*
* * Collaborate effectively as part of a team to resolve client issues

* * Basic understanding of networking concepts
*
