A leading technology-focused investment bank, growth equity fund, venture capital firm, or corporate development team may seek a Technology Growth Officer to support the evaluation, financing, and scaling of high-growth technology companies.

This role is well-suited for candidates seeking exposure to software, SaaS, fintech, AI, digital infrastructure, and emerging technology sectors, with hands-on experience in financial modeling, market analysis, and transaction execution.

Support growth-stage investment analysis and execution for technology companies

Build and maintain financial models (operating models, DCFs, LBOs, growth and unit economics models)

Conduct technology sector research, including market sizing, competitive landscapes, and growth drivers

Evaluate potential investment, acquisition, and capital raise opportunities

Prepare investment memoranda, pitch decks, and strategic growth presentations

Support M&A, minority investments, and capital markets transactions within the technology sector

Assist with due diligence, data room coordination, and transaction execution workflows

Collaborate with senior professionals across investment, strategy, and portfolio support teams

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

Strong interest in technology, growth investing, or venture-stage businesses

Solid financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills

Familiarity with technology business models (SaaS metrics, platform economics, subscription revenue) is a plus

Strong written, verbal, and presentation abilities

Ability to manage multiple work streams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
