Pay Range: $110 - $126/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

• Architecture & Design: Design, implement, and optimize scalable network solutions, with a focus on complex multicast environments (PIM, IGMP, MSDP).
• Automation: Build and maintain network automation platforms and tools using GoLang to enhance operational efficiency.
• Engineering & Strategy: Drive capacity planning, cloud convergence projects (GCP), and develop unified observability strategies for network and stream health.
• Operations & Support: Act as the top-level escalation point for complex network issues, performing packet analysis and troubleshooting.
• Collaboration: Work with software engineering, SRE, and layer 1 teams to bridge the gap between network infrastructure and OTT media applications.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience at a streaming service or in broadcast media digital distribution.
• 5 years of experience in network architecture, system design, data analysis, and SQL/MySQL.
• Experience with video encoding and content metadata.
• Experience with large-scale multicast routing and network automation tools (Ansible, Nornir).
• Background in high-bandwidth applications in cloud environments (GCP) and Kubernetes (GKE).
• Software development skills with Go and Python.
