About the Role:

We’re a multi-brand streetwear fashion company seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our e-commerce growth and elevate brand awareness across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate is equal parts analytical and creative — someone who knows the streetwear space, lives online, and can turn clicks into loyal customers.

If you’re experienced with Shopify, paid search, and digital campaigns — and you love streetwear culture — this is your opportunity to drive real impact in a fast-moving fashion environment.

What You’ll Do:
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with company goals
  • Manage performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other paid channels
  • Oversee and optimize content across Shopify, social media, and email marketing
  • Plan and execute weekly drops, sales, and promotions across multiple brands
  • Create or direct graphics and short-form videos to boost engagement
  • Track and analyze campaign performance; adjust strategies to improve ROI
  • Collaborate with creative and product teams to maintain cohesive brand messaging
  • Stay ahead of digital trends and identify new opportunities for growth
What You Bring:
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, especially in performance and conversion optimization
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify and e-commerce
  • Strong understanding of streetwear, fashion culture, and youth-driven marketing
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and analytics tools
  • Solid graphic design and video editing skills (Adobe Suite preferred)
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
