Title

Client Partner – Media & Entertainment

Key Responsibilities
  • Own overall account strategy, revenue growth, and profitability, managing annual revenue targets of typically $10M–$50M+ portfolio.
  • Drive YoY growth across digital, cloud, data, AI, and engineering services while overseeing account governance, delivery alignment, and client satisfaction.
  • Identify and close new business opportunities within existing accounts, lead large deal pursuits (RFP/RFI/RFQ) and proactive deal origination.
  • Build pipeline across Digital Transformation, OTT & Streaming platforms, Content supply chain modernization, Cloud migration & modernization, Data & AI personalization, AdTech / Mar Tech transformation, Cybersecurity & platform engineering, and close large multi‑year managed services and transformation deals.
  • Target TCV: $10M–$100M+ cumulative annually (depending on portfolio size).
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with CIO/CTO, Chief Digital Officer, Chief Product Officer, Chief Data Officer, VP Engineering, VP Content Operations, Business & Revenue Leaders; conduct executive business reviews (QBRs) and align IT strategy with business outcomes such as subscriber growth, ad revenue, and content velocity.
  • Collaborate with solution architects and practice leaders to position end‑to‑end services:
    Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), Data & AI/ML, OTT & streaming platform engineering, Content management systems, Digital experience platforms, Ad monetization platforms, Enterprise modernization (ERP, CRM), Managed Services/AMS; drive consultative, value‑based selling.
  • Lead commercial structuring, pricing, and contract negotiations, manage complex MSA/SOW agreements, ensure margin targets and profitability compliance, and close large transformation and managed services deals.
  • Lead cross‑functional teams (sales, delivery, pre‑sales, finance), align offshore/onshore delivery model, and drive customer satisfaction and long‑term partnerships.
Required Qualifications
  • 12–20+ years in IT Services / IT Consulting sales.
  • 5+ years focused on Media & Entertainment vertical.
  • Proven experience managing $10M+ accounts and closing $5M–$20M+ deals (multi‑year).
  • Strong understanding of OTT platforms & streaming ecosystems, content lifecycle management, digital media monetization models, cloud‑native architecture, data‑driven personalization, and experience selling to Tier‑1 M&E clients in the U.S.
  • Strong executive presence and negotiation skills.
