Job Description & How to Apply Below
Position: Senior Manager, E-Commerce at MoonBrew
Location: New York

Moon Brew, a melatonin-free sleep supplement company headquartered in New York City, is dedicated to enhancing people’s well-being through optimized sleep and recovery. Recognizing the significance of quality sleep, we are on a mission to empower individuals to achieve their best selves, starting with the night before. We launched in September 2021 and have helped nearly 1 million customers since then.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing team disrupting the sleep supplement industry. Today, 1 in 3 Americans struggle with sleep. According to McKinsey’s Future of Wellness Research for 2024, consumers consistently rank sleep as a top health and wellness priority but also view the wellness category as having the most unmet needs. Moon Brew is here to change that.

  • Ensure site stability during high-traffic moments and product launches
What Success Looks Like
  • Improved site-wide CVR
  • Increased subscription attach rate
  • Higher AOV via bundles, upsells, and merchandising

  • Excited to own a high-impact, cross-functional role at the intersection of growth, tech, and customer experience.
