What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration, including user setup, profiles, permissions, and workflows
  • Evaluate and implement App Exchange solutions and third‑party integrations
  • Maintain system documentation and create training materials for end‑users
  • Conduct data imports, migrations, and regular data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity
  • Create and maintain custom objects, fields, and page layouts as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • 5‑7+ years of Salesforce Lightning Administration experience in a mid‑to‑large organization
  • Salesforce Certified with proven experience managing a Salesforce production environment
  • Strong understanding of CRM strategy, data models, and revenue processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience supporting multiple Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Development concepts and the Quote‑to‑Cash process
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently
